摘 要

网络教学是随着计算机网络的蓬勃发展与广泛运用而兴起的，它是借助于现有的网络资源，进行教师与学生非面对面的教学手段。它相似于传统的教学，而有异于传统的教学模式，说相似是因为网络教学植根于传统教学，教学的主体都是由教师和学生两部分组成，最终离不开教与学这一最终目的，说不同是因为网络教学充分地运用了现代的高科技手段——计算机网络，从而使得教学的中心由教师真正转移到学习的主体——学生上来了。网络教学不但适应了教学计算机化，网络化的发展需求，同时也提高了教师的教学的质量和被教的学生的数量，这样就形成了教与学新兴模式，并且逐步向完善的体系化方向发展。
网络教学的关键技术的实现要依赖于网络技术和相关的多媒体技术（包括声音、图像、文字等等），信息交互技术。在本次设计中，本人使用了Visual C++开发工具，因为Visual C++开发工具具有速度快，空间小，独立性强等独特的特点，不但确保了多媒体网络教学数据处理的实时性和同步性外，还具有函数的封装性和继承性，这些对编程带来了很大的方便，不但提高了编程的效率，更是提高了系统的稳定性和可靠性。
在本课题的开发研究中，本人成功地使用了“屏幕抓图技术”、“数据压缩技术”、“网络数据广播技术”、“服务器中转技术”、“广播数据接收技术”、“终端画图技术”、“终端控制技术”等等，为多媒体网络教学各功能模块的实现奠定了坚实的基础。
多媒体网络教学的研究与实现，把各种多媒体信息（如声音，文字，图像，动画等）融为一体，向学生提供了一个既丰富多彩、生动活泼，又方便快捷的人机交互界面，使学生在学习的过程中各个感官都能接收到教学的信息，对改善教学环境，提高教学质量，改变传统的教学模式都会起到积极的作用。

It similar to on traditional teaching, have different to on traditional teaching mode, say similar because network teaching plant in traditional teaching,，Subject of teaching to made up of teacher and two parts of student, can not do without this final purpose of learning aid finally, Say differently that because network teaching has fully used the modern Hi-Tech means --Computer's network, thus make the centre of teaching really transfered to the subject of study by the teacher --Students have come /up. Network teaching adapt to teaching computerization, networked development demand Improve quality of teaching of teacher and quantity of student that teach too at the same time, Form the new developing mode of learning aid like this, and develop toward perfect system progressively .。
Network key realization of technology of teaching depend on the network technology and relevant multimedia technology( include voice, picture, characters ,etc.), Mutual technology of the /information. In this design, has used Visual C ++ developing instrument in person, because Visual C ++ developing instrument has a fast speed, The space is small, the unique characteristic such as being strong of independent character , Guarantee multimedia network teaching real-time character of data processing and outside the synchronous, Still with function encapsulation and succession, these bring heavy convenience very to programming, Not only has improved the efficiency of programming, has improved systematic stability and dependability /especially.
In the developmental research of this subject, I succeed in use" the grabgraf technology of the screen", " the data compress technology", Whether" network data broadcast technology"," last technology server"," broadcast data last technology"," last technology terminal station"," control technology not terminal",etc., Network teaching every function realization of module establish the solid foundation for /multimedia.
Whether study and realized multimedia network the teachings ,pairs of various kinds of multimedia information( such as voice, Characters, the picture , the cartoon,etc.) combine together, Offer to student one rich and
colorful, lively, and convenient and swift human-computer interaction interface, Make student each sense organ can receive message to reach teaching in the course of study Improve teaching environment correctly , raise teaching quality , change traditional teaching mode can play positive /role.
