摘要
现代化的酒店是集客房、餐饮、通讯、娱乐，商务文化及其他各种服务与设施为一体化的消费场所，酒店组织庞大，服务项目多，信息量大，要想提高劳动生产，降低成本，提高服务质量和管理水平，促进经济效益，必须借助计算机来进行现代化的信息管理，《小型酒店管理信息系统》正是为此而设计的，该系统是运用MicrosoftOfficeAccess数据库系统和MicrosoftVisualC 6.0程序语言开发〖本文来自：毕业设计论文网www.paper51.com〗实现的，《小型酒店管理信息系统》包括了客房管理子系统、餐饮管理子系统、服务管理子系统、财务管理子系统、信息查询子系统等六大模块，具有操作简单、界面友善、灵活性好、系统安全性高、运行稳定等特点，是酒店管理者的理想选择。
本文简要介绍了《小型酒店管理信息系统》的项目背景和意义，着重阐述了该系统开发实现过程，从系统的需求分析、方案论证、模块设计、数据设计、详细设计到系统测试等各个环节都进行了详尽的分析和描述。

Themodernizedhotelcollectstheguestroom,foodandbeverage,communication,amusement,commercialcultureandothervariouskindsofservicesandfacilitiesaretheintegratedconsumptionplace,thehotelorganizeshugely,therearemanyserviceitems,theamountofinformationislarge,ifyouwanttoimprovelaborproduce,lowercosts,improvetheservicequalityandmanagementlevel,promotetheeconomicbenefits,mustcarryonthemodernizedinformationmanagementthroughthecomputer,《Small-scaleHotelManagementInformationSystem》isjustdesignedfortheoccasion,itisdevelopedandcarriedoutbyusingMicrosoftOfficeAccessdatabasesystemandMicrosoftVisualC 6.0programminglanguage,itincludesixmodules——guestroommanagesubsystem、eaterymanagesubsystem、servicemanagesubsystem、financemanagesubsystem、informationinquirysubsystem,ithasmanyfeatures——simpleoperation、friendlyinterface、goodflexibility、highsystemsafety、stableperformance,thisisthebestchoiceforthehotelhandler.
