中文摘要基于.NET的暂住人口管理信息系统是针对目前基层派出所暂住人口管理实际需要，采用目前流行的.NET技术，结合南京市公安局警务综合应用平台，开发出的一种小规模警用信息系统。本系统可以实现全市暂住人员信息的交互与共享，能较好地适应电子警务时代公安工作之需，也是实现由传统警务向电子警务过渡的一项重要举措。其开发主要包括前端界面、后台数据库。前者选用MicrosoftVisualStudio2005、MacromediaDreamweaver8.0和NetAdvantage控件等开发工具实现；后台数据库选用microsoftSQLserver2000。本管理信息系统主要包括用户登录、暂口信息管理、基本信息查询、基础信息维护、系统管理等五大模块，可实现城市暂住人口登记、变更、房屋租赁、劳动用工和社会治安等管理业务的处理，具有易于维护、数据冗余少、访问效率高、数据库设计合理、数据内容详细且安全等特点，较好地满足信息时代公安工作高要求，也是基层公安工作程序化、科学化、正规化的重要条件。关键词管理信息系统暂住人口数据库电子警务外文摘要TitleManagementInformation SystemofTransientPopulationBasedon.NETAbstractThetransientpopulationmanagementsystemisasmall-scaleinformationmanagementsystemwhichisdevelopedforthepolicestationtomanagethetransientpopulation.ItdealswiththetransientpopulationadministrantfactandcombinesthepoliceaffairsapplicationsofNanjingpolicebureau.Theinformationoftransientpopulationwillbeinteractedandsharedbythetransientpopulationmanagementsystem,whichwilladapttotheneedsofpoliceworkduringtheeraofE-Policeandenhancethechangefromthetraditionalpolicetoelectronicpolice.Itsdevelopmentprocedureincludesthemainfront-endinterfaceandbackgrounddatabase.Theformerusesdevelopmenttools,suchasMicrosoftVisualStudio2005,MacromediaDreamweaver8.0andNetAdvantagecontrolsetc.;backgrounddatabaseusesMicrosoftSQLserver2000.Theinformationsystemconsistsmainlyoffivemodules:usersloggedin,thetransientpopulationinformationmanagement,basicinformationinquiries,infrastructureinformationmaintenanceandsystemmanagement.Thisinformationsystemcanbeusedforregistrationoftransientpopulation,leaseofhouses,employmentandpublicorder,etc.Itischaracterizedbyhighaccessingefficiency,reasonabledatadesigning,particularandsafedatacontent.Theseadvantagescannotonlysatisfythepeakneedsofpoliceworkintheinformationage,butalsoisanimportantfactorwhichmakestheprocessofpoliceworkmorereasonableandspecified.Keywordmanagementinformationsystemtransientpopulationdatabaseelectronicpolicing
