摘 要
随着计算机的不断发展，人们要求计算机的应用也不断提升，如何应用计算机完成更多的事情，进而对我们日常生活和办公学习提供更好的服务。通过计算机研发的工作资料管理系统，是常规手工管理无法比拟的。因为它成本低，效率高，研发周期短，查找迅速，保密性好等。本软件系统的研究目的：将使工程资料的管理实现网络化和数字化；能够方便用户查阅所存的工程资料，提高工程资料的利用率.本系统的研究方法：基本遵循软件工程方法论进行系统分析、总体设计、详细设计和软件测试。采用ASP.NET 技术作为创建应用程序的方式，以C#.NET作为编程语言，采用SQL Server 数据库作为后台数据库。它是基于Browser/Server结构下形成的数据驱动的Web应用程序，实现工程资料的编制，收发，归档，借阅以及追踪。本系统的研究结果主要实现了，提高工程资料管理工作的效率和规范化水平，更好地发挥工程单位所存资料对工程建设的服务作用。本系统研究的结论主要是对登陆和退出的测试，以及对系统的增、删、改、查测试，实现了B/S架构系统的权限身份的登陆和安全退出。基本完成了资料管理系统的开发。

Through the computer development material management system, is the conventional manual management and incomparable. Because it cost is low, the efficiency high, short development cycle, the search rapidly, good secrecy, etc. This system to software engineering methodology for basic system analysis, overall design, detailed design and software testing. With asp.net technology as to create the application's way to c #.net as a programming language, using SQL Server database as the backend database. It is based on the Browser/Server structure of the data driven formed under the Web applications, realize the engineering documents, receiving and dispatching, file, and lending and to track.
