摘 要 计算机是现代社会的高科技的产物，计算机在各个领域都发挥重要的作用。本论文 介绍的手机出租管理系统是以小型手机租凭的实际情况为开发背景。为个体经营手机出租度身定做的管理软件,它不需要进行任何复杂的项目设置,三分钟即可上手,经过可行性分析和详细调查，确定了该系统主要包括以下几个功能： (1)网站首页：其中包括用户登陆，网站公告，查询：可通过手机品牌和手机型号以最快的方式查询到相关的信息。 (2)发布手机信息：填写品牌、型号、购买日期、新旧程度、上传照片、日租金等信息。 (3)租凭跟踪：可通过租凭编号来获取到手机出租后的相关信息。 (4)我的信息：包括用户名、密码、真实姓名、性别、住址、联系方式等等信息。 (5)留言板：通过这个功能。承租方可通过这里反馈租后的心得。 (6)系统后台：管理员可通过后台进入到系统后台进行操作，其中包括系统属性、修改密码、用户管理、手机信息管理、租凭管理、系统公告、留言板管理这些功能模块。 本论文主要介绍了对手机出租管理系统的需求分析，系统的详细设计，及程序运行和调试的全过程。本程序使用了微软的Sql数据库软件和Jsp程序设计软件开发而来。对使用本手机出租管理系统的用户来说本软件操作方便自动化程度高，大大降低了用户的时间成本。本系统对手机出租起到了非常实用的作用。是手机出租用户的最佳助手。 http://www.paper51.com 关键字：JSP; SQL;管理系统；手机 Abstract The computer is the high-tech product of modern society, the computer in various fields will play an important role in.
