In recent years, the researchers of English teachinghave focused more on the English learners. More and more instructors pay muchattention to English learning strategies when they instruct the students. The aim of English teachingand learning is to cultivate the student’s ability of listening, speaking, readingand writing. However, learning English involves different learning strategies. Learningstrategies are different from person to person. This is defined as “individual differences”. To learnstudents’ learning strategies is important for teachers to adopt different teachingmethods according to students’ individual differences. It is generally agreedthat successful language learners apply some appropriate learning strategies tomeet their needs of language learning. Research shows that good learners canuse more strategies. As a result, they can make their learning efficiently becausethey can do self-monitor self-evaluation in theirstudy. This helps them keep active, independent attitude during study. Actually, the ability of learning is a basic requirement intheir study to any person who wants to develop his ability in his futurecareer.
